Description：
Uses a NE555 as a oscillator to clock a CD4017 decade counter which then lights the LEDS. Think Knight Rider lights but only in one direction. Great for SMD soldering practice.
This is a kit so requires self assembly. Tools required are a soldering iron, solder and wire snips.
The kit comes complete with a potentiometer to control the speed of scrolling.
Input voltage: 2.5V - 12V DC.
